After using the LUMO for almost two months, 2x/week I have noticed a tightening of the skin....especially around the lower jaw area. With the changes that have come about so far, I will continue to use the LUMO and look forward to even more positive changes.

I need help with it. It DOES NOT WARM, like I was told it would. Other times, don't know how to use it. Can I return if you can't help me????

I’ve been using it religiously for a few months (2x/week) and I haven’t noticed a difference. I’m 43 and have tried just about everything to tighten the skin on my neck. I was really hope I g this would be the manic trick. I’ll keep using it for awhile and see if anything changes…

I like it but I can't use two settings cause it hurts my teeth but I believe if it didn't Hurt my teeth I would keep on using it ,

Unfortunately, I have not had the time to be consistent since I had surgery and I was hesitant on using it while recuperating. However, i would appreciate if you would extend the return policy yo one more month… so I can really try it now that I can and see the real benefits… Otherwise, I think I will return it. Thanks

I've been using the LUMO for 4 weeks and I'm not sure if it's working. I use the RF only mode at its highest setting and I really don't feel much, if any, heat from it--so I'm not sure that it is working. I also use the RF + EMS mode, which is powerful. I'm using it one to two times per week...but still not seeing much result. Hoping that someone can respond and confirm if it's supposed to be warmer. Maybe I have a defective device?

After 5 weeks, do not notice any difference. It does have some warmth, not like the Lumo which has none, so I feel eventually, it must be doing something.

Initially I was disappointed with my Lumo---until I got to realizing that it takes a while to see results and that my initial expectation were unrealistic, i.e., a week here and a week there won't do all that much for someone like me in their 60s. Having allowed myself to be a bit disciplined and patient, I kept diligently using it week after week and sure enough after a couple months the difference of the tiny little weekly changes adding up over time was clear as day. When my sister came to visit, not having seen me in around 3 to 4 months she was just amazed at how much younger my skin felt & looked, so much so that she thought i'd got BOTOX done LOL! Needless to say she's got one too now, and we both never spare a moment to sing praises to anyone in our circle when talking skin care of this amazing amazing device.

Of all the beauty devices I’ve used I think this one would have really worked. It’s very strong and not for anyone expecting a gentle massage. Those don’t work at all. It’s not really painful but it really gives ur face a work out. I couldn’t get past level one on the red RF but even at level one it made a difference. Since the other modes were all to strong for me I sent it back.They r good at accepting returns so I am happy with the company. I would recommend this to senior ladies who are trying to avoid having surgery.

Words cannot describe the look of satisfaction my mom's face when she saw her before and after 3 months apart. I got this for her as her skin had gotten really damaged due to cancer and the chemo that followed. This Lumo device was something I sooo wasn't sure about but decided to give it a shot and wowzers it's done so much. I think the key thing that helped was that she had it right there to use without feeling like she's forking out a few hundred dollars per session per clinic (which for middle class folk like us can be something that keeps us from going in for that second or third session). I have super sensitive , rosacea skin so if you have same problem , try different products with it . Aloe Vera caused me painful cystic acne but found a water based moisturizer and problem solved . And definitely don’t overdo. Don’t think that by turning your skin daily , you will get better results . I think more damage than results. Let your skin take care of the post treatment beautifying part . You will be amazed at no time with stunning results. ❤️

My sister and I share a Lumo device, and wow what an amazing kit. At 39 years of age i'm starting to see fine lines and wrinkles on my cheek bone area and forehead, and this device most definitely has made them almost vanish. Now to be fair, i have used if almost half a dozen times and I think that's a lot of use so I would expect to results, but it definitely delivers if you use it for long enough as it not a quick process and you'll thank yourself if you take your time with it and use it like I did regularly

I’ve been using my Lumo for about 4 weeks now 3x a week. I use the settings at the highest EXCEPT the Radiofrequency (RF). My skin feels and looks even and my jowls are starting to tighten up. Overall I would highly recommend the Lumo.

I’ve been using the Lumo for 2 months, weekly as recommended on the EMS cycle. I have seen zero improvement in texture, fine lines, or firmness. I have seen some broken capillaries. Sadly, I’m just past my 60 day return period. I really wanted it to work so I gave it the full time. I should have returned it after seeing no progress after 3 weekly treatments as promised.

As someone who has a whole stash of devices form the NuFace, NEWA to the TriPolar, I find this to be the top-of-the-line device in my collection and arguable the strongest of all of them. However; I still have my favorites, such as the Clarisonic won’t be replaced for cleansing by the lumo’s ion mode, and I still prefer my omnilux face mask for photo therapy as the lumo’s rings just don’t do enough in my opinion. However, for micro current and radio frequency, this is by far the king of devices that I choose to use when I start seeing the wrinkles starting to look prominent.

Four uses in as a 75 year old I only see minor lifting effect but the wrinkles do appear to have improved. I would rate this product a 4 out of 5

I heart about Lumo from my esthetician & after much thought decided to give it a try. I’ve noticed in my 20 days since the first session that the line between my upper lip area and cheeks appear a lot smoother and also the face just looks healthier. I find this product quite intriguing in how it brings about quite pleasant changes after just a brief couple uses.

I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now and the results are really transient. The tightening last about a day. Hoping for better results in a month. Also, I have the eyelid tightener. I’ve been using it every other day for over a month, and likewise the results are gone by the evening. Hoping for longer later results.

I love this little machine. It works and you have to be careful because it is powerful. My disappointment is the controls are the same side as the leds. It is rather awful to try to see where you are on the program with the lights shining in your eyes. Also, sometimes I turn the machine off accidently when it hits my skin because the controls are in the way. The user manual was very small black and white print and it did not have a summary section so you could go to your issue immediately. Finally, they have 5 programs, the ENI plus Proton screen looks exactly like the EMP plus proton screen, with small letter. come on, Evenskin, it is us oldsters needing the machine. Our eyes could use more kindness than this machine offer. I am enjoying it and can see it will have to be used for the rest of my life, sigh.

I haven’t had my device long but it is of high quality materials and I can tell that it is already working. I am looking forward to seeing the results after consistent use.

Yep am almost 51 years of age. This is a u filtered pic of my skin after 3 weeks use of Lumo. I do not have Botox in my face. I do take a 5 collagen powder and use SPF most days which I believe has helped my skin as well; I have never had a facelift. I use all of the settings on my Lumo. The lifting is amazing (EMS + photon). I worked in dermatology in the past and I was a medical esthetician. I am very impressed with the power of this device. I promise, it’s giving me office results for a fraction of the cost.

I've been having a blast using the lumo.... its strong; it works and look how pretty it looks sitting on my sink. I use it twice a week & im in love with the cooling function that I use after applying my night cream before bed.

This was my mother's day gift to myself. I just got around to using it. I had to look up the website video on how to use it. Initial impression is that this is a device that will take some getting use to but to see the difference I just did one side of the face for a few minutes and I can see an instant lift specially the cheek are so lets see if this lasts

Found out about this from our local ladies' club as the new wand on the block. It's impressive how the firming is perceptible after just one use. I am not really sure how to use all the modes yet but the couple modes i've tried so far are already making the skin feel & look tighter. So far so good i'd say.

I have been using my Lumo for a few weeks now and love it. Its so easy to use, is a fantastic quality and, extremely strong for an at home device. I use it on the first setting. I've been using mine for few weeks now and feel I can write a review. It's a magic wand. The quality of it is very good. When you shake it you can't hear any rattling inside whatsoever. The plastic cover looks very expensive.There are few settings on it and all very easy to use. It works by gently electrocuting your face while there is also a light. It works fine. I deinitely that my face looks a little better. Wrinkles around my lips look much better and also see much difference on my forehead fine lines. I would like to make it clear that i started to use a hyaluronic acid serum and retinol anti-aging cream at the same time as this device. I think device do much with good serum with it. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I have to say, I wasn’t sure this would be any good, but honestly it’s so amazing! I love that there are different function settings depending on what you need (and no one’s skin is the same every day of the week, is it?) I use facial oil with mine and I love it. Don’t be thinking that this is a relaxing facial massager because it isn’t - it feels a bit prickly on the skin when you use it but you will not believe the difference it makes to your skin quality and firmness. Amazing, 10 minutes before bedtime works a treat. I'll keep using it and hope for the best.

I've seen a huge difference in under a week. From the first use my cheeks were plumper in fact they felt a little lumpy like I'd had filler but this smoothed out. I've started to see a bit more firmness around the jawline but the clarity and the glow is great. I have spent a fortune on various products, tools, treatments but this is better than all of them and cheaper. I am not patient and like to see results quickly and this does it for me. Best money I've spent and I hope for even more results moving forward. Amazing little device!

It's not a miracle worker, but after using it for 2 weeks my skin is firmer despite only having used the 2 lower settings, if you have had a Caci treatment it feels similar to that. I am sure that I will be happy with the long term results of using this little machine. I would not recommend this!

I've had this for about a month and the skin on my hands have improved to some degree, less wrinkles. (I've lost a lot of collagen due to my age and neglect of skin protection in youth).. It seems that my facial skin and neck responds well to using this device. My skin is looking good most of the time. I have only bought it to occupy some time during lockdown .unexpectedly it actually works .initially used it with my usual moisturizer and noticed a difference within four days .switched up to a retinol cream and noticed even more improvement .skin feels and appears less saggy and more firm. It is a good product, well designed, good quality and compact easy to travel with. Its worthwhile trying new equipment that may assist to slow down the process, it will NEVER reverse as this can only be done surgically like the JOWL effect. The product is still new to me; it would be inaccurate to give it rave reviews. I have used this little machine 6 times now. I've had it just over a week. It works. It is my only thing is the build quality really; it feels quite cheap for the price l think. There are lots of very similar ones for significantly less which l didn’t go for because l wanted a better quality one. Not entirely sure that was reflected in the price. Just before lockdown, I’ve only used it three times and l swear to God l can see a difference already! I am fairly pleased with the product. It seems to be a sturdy machine. And I can see improvements over the 5 days. Whether this will start to tighten skin with continuous use is yet to be seen, but it definitely helps your skin soak up the moisture and softens skin. My eye wrinkles or laugh lines are obviously still there, but look a lot less, my skin brighter and fresher and the horrible creepy skin on my throat is nearly gone (thank god as that was really getting me down) so it has definitely helped.

I'm currently using it 5 days a week and it takes about an hour to do a good session. Ten minutes on each problematic area. The thing is, when you start to see the results you become a bit addicted. I saw results from day one. Very subtle, but they were there. It doesn't take 10 years off overnight, but gradually you see something starting to happen. I use a collagen gel with mine, on the electrodes, applying frequently. My skin feels tighter and more refreshed by the day. I take a supplement daily, and use a lot of different products. I expect they all work to varying degrees as I probably don’t look quite 50, but I have to say this gadget has produced the fastest and most tangible results out of all my skin care must have. As much as I buy all the products that are supposed to help 'anti-aging' I know that most of the time they don’t really work. I have had this for a couple of days and I can already see a difference and tightening of my jawline and age spots. So I just recently purchase this Led light therapy and I have been using it every day for 10 minutes. It’s feels so soft and looks amazing. I use the red light on setting 5, I use it with an aloe Vera gel and I can feel it working on my face I then cleanse and tone and put my night cream on or day cream on face. It helps me more with my acne, which is my main problem. The delivery was super-fast and it is so easy to use it. I’m so happy with I’ve already recommended it to my sisters and friends.

Was recommended by a practitioner and is absolutely brilliant. It works. it helps my skin to absorb the collagen gel that I bought to use with it. I have already had two galvanic facial devices, both of which were fixed to the face by means of a headband, neither were satisfactory in use, as they broke quite quickly, although they did lift my face muscles and improved my looks, I am hoping that this will do the same, but I have not had it long enough to find out. The customer service was excellent, both in the prompt delivery and after-care when the company has enquired as to my satisfaction and offered help if required. Hopefully this device will help stave off the effects of time and help me to look my best.

I have had this for a couple of days and I can already see a difference and tightening of my jawline and age spots. The wrinkles seem to be less and the smoking lines around my mouth are definitely reduced. I think first you need to have had professional RF to understand what to expect. That said with lockdown I decided to purchase this. I’m absolutely delighted. They say to use it a few times a week until you get your desired results and then once a week but I find that one weekly session does the trick. I was starting to get quite miserable over my neck is so much better, the double chin/ Turkey neck has gone, my eye sockets are brighter, marionette lines disappearing. My skin feels tighter and more refreshed by the day. I can totally recommend this product!!

After consistently using this product, I found my facial skin was tightened and plumper than before. I have previously paid a lot of money for facials at clinics which delivered the same results, so this machine is a bargain! With this machine now I am saving lot of money instead of going to professional facial clinic. Best investment I have ever made!

I absolutely love this device. This is a really good product especially given the price! I have used this 5 times now 15 minutes each time on the acne setting, level 5 intensity and it has done wonders!! This device is completely safe and amazing. I had to learn how to use it but I feel I am getting there. I could see results after first use. This device is even healing small red veins. I use this device on the face and the body. I don’t feel warm on my skin but I do feel tingling only on the face if I use it on level 4 or 5.I had a couple of spots now which are basically gone. I also get small bumpy spots on my all over face in the summer and my skin is sooo smooth now! No more small spots. And finally it’s really good at getting rid of stubborn white heads as it has significantly decreased mine. I definitely think this is a good purchase however I wish I discovered it sooner. I have had this product exactly 15 days and in that time has used this wonderful device 8 times WOW! I wasn't expecting much but it DOES everything that it promises on the ad, particularly around my marionette lines. The marionette lines around my mouth had reduced and my frown line between my eyes has gone completely. This device seems to be fading sun damage. My skin is clear. I don't feel like my face is melting off anymore, my skin is tight, the jowls the double chin. I'm stunned. I'm going into the field of non-medical aesthetics so I'm only just learning about this technology. Why this wasn't widely available 25 years ago I will never understand. Buy this. Don't buy it. I don't care. But MY skin looks fantastic. I look like I've had fillers and Botox. I was floored recently when someone at work asked me what I had done to my face and I genuinely didn't know what she was talking about for a split second. She started to rib me that my Botox looks really authentic and the best she's ever seen. I then said it must be the LED massager that I recently invested in. She said she was off to buy it at that very moment!!!! I can totally recommend this product!!!!!!!!!!
