Pretty GoodI've been struggling with eczema on my hands for a few years now. I thought it was due to my job as a bartender and the fact my hands are getting constantly wet and my sensitive skin doesn't like the harsh hand soap we have, but since quarantine/getting laid off from my job, my hands haven't gotten better which tells me it may be something different. Anyways, through the past few years I've tried many different lotions and creams and soaps and tips and tricks and gloves and everything, nothing but steroid ointments seem to really get my skin back to "normal". I will say though, this lotion is the best I've come by. I tried the skin smoothing cream initially and it didn't really do it for me. But this hand cream has really been helpful. I've noticed if I use something heavy like the cream before bed, I wake up and my eczema is worse, but if I use this before bed, it seems to be okay when I get up. And I use it all throughout the day. Anytime I wash my hands, I moisturize (or try to!) This along with the witch hazel and aloe spray, the hand soap, and the body bar, seem to keep my eczema at steady bay, but not completely gone. Also, for me personally, once my eczema gets to a certain point, the only thing that's helpful is the steroid cream. So the key is to try to prevent it from getting to that point, but sometimes that seems to be out of my hands. The before picture is from before purchasing these products (and doesn't even do it justice to just how bad it actually was) but after using the products for a few days, my eczema was just getting worse and I did have to use my steroid cream for a few nights, but since using the steroid cream and only using these products for a few weeks, it hasn't gotten back to that point, and the after picture is where I'm at now. Definitely recommend giving this stuff a shot.Prefer Eczema Honey's Nut-Free CreamI experienced a severe eczema flare-up about 2 months ago due to steroid withdrawal symptoms, and I immediately switched to a gluten and dairy-free diet and bought this hand cream and Eczema Honey's soothing cream. When the flare-up was at its worst, this oatmeal cream unfortunately wasn't of much help and didn't keep my skin moisturized for more than 10 minutes. As my symptoms have now improved, the cream is working better with my skin, but I still find myself preferring EH's nut-free cream due to the thicker consistency. You might prefer this one for when you're on the go and don't want your skin to be too oily. Wasn't a solution for me, but might work for you!

This cream really helped my eczema. It's a rich and creamy formula that absorbs well into the skin. It's not greasy and doesn't just sit on the skin like a lot of eczema products. I just wish it came in a larger size.

Best Hand Cream I Have Ever Used

This hand cream is the best. Hands feel great after using it. What I LOVE the most is that is drys very quickly. I often do not like using hand cream because I have to wait so long to use my hands again after using it, otherwise everything ends up greasy. This hand cream is good to go after only about a minute. So good.

I've purchased this many times and the one I got most recently is noticeably watery compared to past purchases (used an old bottle of this on one hand and the new one is much thinner and less creamy, more like regular lotion). Not sure if it's a shrinkflation issue, but this is no longer worth the cost for me and is now comparable to drugstore hand creams. I'm really disappointed because in the past it worked great.

Great size but I honestly like the lotion better. I haven't seen much difference between the two on my skin but the hand cream is thicker.
