Shampoo

Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water, allowing the cuticles in your hair to open up. Apply a quarter sized amount of shampoo and lather into hair, using your palms and fingers to massage into scalp. Avoid tight, circular motions in order to prevent damage and hair breakage. Finally, rinse hair with warm water until it is free of shampoo.

Conditioner

After rinsing off the shampoo, apply a quarter sized dollop of conditioner and apply from the middle to the ends of your hair strands, avoiding the hair roots. Leave conditioner for 2 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.

Of all the purple anti-brassiness shampoos I've used, this one has been the best. No uneven coloring, no purple staining, and it doesn't leave my hair dry. My hair literally sucks up the conditioner and barely any product rinses out, so you know for sure it's doing its job. My curls are back! My hair is naturally on the wavy/curly side, but after bleaching it, the curls lost their shape and my hair was flat and lifeless. But these products brought them back to life! Amazing stuff, definitely worth the money. Plus the pineapple fragrance is to DIE FOR. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

At last a shampoo and conditioner that deals with all my hair problems, not just one. I have always struggled with my hair - it�s fine, curly but flat on top, goes frizzy at the first sign of humidity and is very hard to control. Previously I�ve found anti frizz products that make it limp, volumising products that make it frizzy and nothing seems to work well for very long ... Since using the shampoo and conditioner it�s been easier to get a sleek, controlled look without losing the curl. If I air dry the leave in conditioner leaves my curls soft. Very happy!

I love, love, love my Function of Beauty products!!! My hair has always been fine, but a few years ago, age and illness caused it to really start thinning and breaking. I cut my hair thinking it would help...nope. Nothing was working and I was spending a ton of money on different products. I tried Function of Beauty and have never regreted it. Note, that I am writing this review after using this product for one month (about 3-4 washes with the product). I was SUPER skeptical about using function of beauty due to my hair type (I am African American with very curly hair type 3C/4A, natural my entire life), but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only do my curls look moisturized, my style lasts longer with less frizz. My curls are SUPER defined and shiny and they even BOUNCE. I also love how the shampoo and conditioner work with my other products (I use the the brand Camille Rose for leave in products, but after using the Function of Beauty shampoo and conditioner, I have confidence that I could probably use Function of Beauty�s leave in conditioner and be just fine). I also have a VERY dry scalp and lately, my scalp has felt soothed and not itchy AT ALL. I was especially worried about the conditioner but it moisturized my hair and gave it a lot of slip! The shampoo also didn�t strip my hair� I could almost run my fingers straight through after rinsing it out! It didn�t feel dry at all. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by this product and will be purchasing again ?
